Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal direct payments. We have chosen to use PayPal to process your payments, the most trusted and secure name on the Internet. PayPal allows you to shop securely by keeping your financial information private. Even if you do not have, or wish to have a Pay Pal account you may safely and securely shop on CottageSpot through the PayPal site. Shipping

Most products are in stock and ready to ship. We primarily use Canada Post and Purolator. You will receive an email notification with tracking number once your order has shipped. We may ship your order in separate packages to expedite delivery as we process orders from multiple warehouses throughout the country. If your product is back ordered we will let you know expected delivery time and get an order confirmation.

A Problem with Your Order?

If something is wrong with your order, we certainly want to help you.
Do you need to cancel or change an order that has yet to enter the shipping process?
Did you receive a damaged or defective item?
Please Contact Us so that we may quickly reach a resolution.

Are you Missing an Item?
Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock, we might have split your order into multiple shipments. If this is the case, rest assured you won't be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you authorized originally.

Returns

We will accept any unused item for return and credit you fully for the value of the product. Should you wish to make a return please call or email Customer Service to get a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Products must be unused and returned prepaid in the original packaging. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
